'Farm Yarn' - The name developed out of the idea to develop a natural knitting yarn of the highest quality that comes from the British countryside - without altering its intrinsic beauty. Alpaca knitting yarn is a perfect expression of our idea, and alpacas come in black, brown, gray or 22 other natural colours. Currently there is natural white, natural beige and natural beige/white mixed knitting yarn available.

We at 'Farm Yarn' personally visit farms in Wiltshire, Devon, Somerset and surrounding counties to select only the softest alpaca wool for our natural knitting yarn. Before being sent to specialist Mills, we grade and sort the wool, to ensure that here too only the finest wool quality is used. Currently Farm Yarn is offering the luxurious Alpaca knitting yarn.

From late spring there will be also a collection of organic sheep knitting yarn available - in beautiful natural colours such as dark chocolate brown, silver grey and natural ivory white.
